В статье приводится опыт архивных изысканий и архитектурной графической реконструкции утраченного экспериментального жилого дома, выполненного Вячеславом Владимировым и Юлианом Герштейном. Дом был кратко описан в книге лидера конструктивистов Моисея Гинзбурга, но без чертежей и фотографий. Реконструкция первоначального замысла и построенного в результате дома описывается в настоящей статье в сравнении с домом Наркомата финансов РСФСР на Новинском бульваре, как самым известным памятником жилой архитектуры конструктивистов.
Многообразие типовых ячеек Строительного комитета РСФРС, разработанных группой Гинзбурга в конце 1920-х гг., не было полностью воплощено, оставшись уделом экспериментальных домов этой эпохи, потому любой неизвестный ранее пример разработки типологии многоуровневых компактных жилых ячеек ценен вдвойне. К опыту ячеек Стройкома обращались не только сотрудники и ученики Гинзбурга, но и зодчие из других городов страны, в 1930-е гг. и заграницей, в 1970-е гг. снова в СССР. Однако многое в опыте конструктивистов не осмыслено даже в их собственных произведениях. Настоящая статья призвана «нанести на карту» одно из таких «белых пятен».
The article presents the study of archival research and architectural graphic reconstruction of a lost experimental residential building made by Vyacheslav Vladimirov and Julian Gershtein. The house was briefly described in a book by the constructivist leader Moisey Ginzburg, but without drawings and photographs. The reconstruction of the original design and the resulting building is presented in this article in comparison with the house of the People’s Commissariat of Finance of the RSFSR on Novinsky Boulevard, as the most famous monument of constructivist residential architecture.
The variety of standard ‘cells’ of the RSFSR Construction Committee, developed by the Ginzburg group in the late 1920s, was not fully implemented, remaining the subject only of experimental houses of this era, therefore any previously unknown example of the development of a typology of multilevel compact apartments is twice as valuable. Not only Ginzburg’s staff and disciples turned to the experience of the Stroikom cells, but also architects from other cities of the country, in the early 1930s and abroad, in the 1970s again in the USSR. However, much of the constructivists’ experience is not comprehended even in their own works. This article is intended to “plot on” one of these “blank spaces”.
