<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article deals with one special group of Early Byzantine marble colonnettes with polygonal pedestals and fluted capitals found in a number of churches in the Land of Israel. In the selected publications, they were usually identified as uncertain parts of marble liturgical installations of the churches, while here their new attribution as ambo legs is offered. Such type of colonnettes is most frequently found in the hinterlands of the Holy Land, including Arabia, but according to their material and stylistic features, the elements were imported from Anatolian workshops (not from Proconnesus). A mostly interesting conclusion is that the colonnettes of the ambo in the St. Sophia church in Constantinople, known only from the literary description, most probably, were similar to these legs from the churches of the Holy Land.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ранневизантийский амвон</kwd><kwd>колонки</kwd><kwd>фригийский мрамор</kwd><kwd>Павел Силенциарий</kwd><kwd>Святая Земля</kwd><kwd>ранневизантийские церкви</kwd><kwd>полигональные пьедесталы</kwd><kwd>каннелированные капители</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ambo colonnettes</kwd><kwd>Phrygian marble</kwd><kwd>Paulus Silentarius</kwd><kwd>Holy Land</kwd><kwd>Early Byzantine churches</kwd><kwd>fluted capitals</kwd><kwd>polygonal pedestals</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Хрушкова Л.
