На примере усадьбы Остафьево удалось прояснить целый ряд основополагающих закономерностей ее визуального взаимодействия с окружающим средовым контекстом, который на завершающей стадии своего существования подвергся радикальной трансформации.
Рассматриваемая территория располагается в северной части Новомосковского административного округа Москвы. Являясь объектом культурного наследия федерального значения, это достаточно крупное княжеское имение к настоящему времени претерпело целый ряд структурных изменений, что отразилось и на трансформации первоначальной его планировки, и на объемно-пространственной структуре. Цель исследования — прояснить историю появления усадьбы и проследить основные этапы ее трансформации от середины XVIII в. вплоть до настоящего времени с уточнением структурных изменений и окрестных пространств. Не менее важно было уточнить исходную (базовую) структуру планировки и застройки усадьбы, непосредственно восходящую к творческому замыслу А.И. Вяземского. В рамках данного исследования уточнение первоначального архитектурного облика главного элемента усадебной застройки — господского дома не производилось: следует лишь подчеркнуть, что из-за многократных реконструкций к началу XXI в. он в значительной степени утратил исходную объемно-пространственную структуру, полностью планировочную организацию и оформление интерьеров и все еще сохраняет отдельные элементы декора на фасадах.
Также выявлены периоды и причины частичной и даже полной деградации исходной природной среды, устойчиво сохранявшейся на рассматриваемой территории вплоть до первой трети XX в.
In the specialized literature, the stated topic has not yet been the subject of purposeful consideration. However, using the example of the Ostafevo estate, it was possible to clarify a number of fundamental patterns of its visual interaction with the surrounding natural context, which underwent a radical transformation at the final stage of its existence. The territory in question is located in the northern part of the Novomoskovsky administrative district of Moscow. Being an object of cultural heritage of federal significance, this rather large princely estate has now undergone a number of structural changes, which affected both the transformation of its original layout and the spatial structure. The purpose of the study is to clarify the history of the appearance of the estate and trace the main stages of its transformation from the middle of the 18th century up to the present time with the clarification of structural changes and surrounding spaces. It was equally important to clarify the initial (basic) structure of the estate’s layout and development, directly going back to the creative idea of A.I. Vyazemsky. Within the framework of this study, clarification of the original architectural appearance of the main element of the manor building, the manor house, was not carried out: it should only be emphasized that due to multiple reconstructions by the beginning of the 21st century. It has largely lost its original three-dimensional structure, fully planned organization and interior design, and still retained separate elements of decor on the facades. Within the framework of the initial natural environment that was steadily preserved in the territory under consideration until the first third of the 20th century, periods and causes of its partial and even complete degradation were also identified.
